Sharing skills, experiences, and visions means contributing concretely to the growth of tomorrow’s professionals. It is in this spirit that we took part in the Master in HR Digital Recruiting at IPE Business School, of which we are partners, by holding a lecture dedicated to Digital Recruiting in the IT sector.
The meeting represented an important opportunity for discussion with the Master’s students, who were able to delve into the dynamics of selection in the tech industry through concrete examples, real cases, and firsthand stories of experience gained in the field.
Making the day even more meaningful was the presence of members of our HR Team who built part of their educational background right at the desks of IPE Business School. Returning to those same classrooms today, this time as lecturers, represented a moment of great value—a symbol of a journey that leads from education to the working world and, subsequently, to sharing skills with new generations.
During the lecture, the main topics characterizing Digital Recruiting in the IT sector today were addressed: from the evolution of the job market to talent acquisition, from the most sought-after skills to the strategies adopted to attract and select highly specialized profiles in a continuously transforming industry.
For us at NetCom, dialogue with the academic world represents a concrete investment in the future. Collaborating with educational institutions of excellence like IPE Business School means building a bridge between university and business, offering students the tools, experiences, and viewpoints needed to approach their professional path with greater awareness.
The enthusiasm, curiosity, and participation shown by the students made this meeting a valuable moment of mutual growth and exchange, confirming the value of collaboration between education and business in preparing talent for the challenges of the job market.
NetCom thanks IPE Business School for its hospitality and renews its commitment to promoting initiatives that foster the spread of knowledge, the development of young talent, and the growth of skills increasingly aligned with the evolution of the tech sector.
